An advance payment of 50% of the package amount (per person) is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid at least 25 days prior to the date of travel.

For travel dates that fall within 25 days of booking, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: Online transfer / bank deposit, Cash or cheque

Children below 2 years are complimentary for hotel and bus services. However, flight charges will apply.

Children aged 3 to 11 years will be charged 50% to 85% of the total package cost, depending on the child's age.

Hotel categories and room types will be provided as per the package itinerary.

Triple sharing means three adults in one room; one extra mattress will be provided.

The type of vehicle provided will depend on the number of travelers.

Vehicles may vary from car, tempo traveler, to bus.

Any changes in transportation due to group size or unforeseen circumstances will not be the responsibility of the company.

No refunds will be provided for missed sightseeing due to: Flight delays, Weather conditions, Government regulations, Traffic issues, Any other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances

In case of route or itinerary changes due to unavoidable situations, additional expenses will be borne by the traveler.

Meals included in the package are as per the itinerary.

No refunds will be issued for any unused or missed meals, including complimentary ones, for any reason.

TRAVEL2DAY is not responsible for any flight schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.

Any additional expenses incurred due to flight changes are to be borne by the traveler.

The package includes only the mentioned inclusions.

Any extra services or personal expenses are the traveler's responsibility.
